The gardens are owned by Newbold College of Higher Education, being part of the area bought for the purpose of the College.

Management Group
While the gardens are having the focus of various committees established by the College, a special Management/Restoration Group has been established with the purpose of coordinating restoration, funding, activities, rental and general PR.
